Alcance científico - investigativo
El Instituto del Cerebro se enmarcará como un proceso de carácter científico-investigativo con gestión de conocimiento, teniendo en cuenta que la investigación médico-científica ha tenido grandes avances, con el fin de modificar el curso de las enfermedades y disponer de diagnósticos cada vez más precisos, permitiendo la creación de guías de práctica clínica.
